Prairie Rollers (PRI) has produced both rubber covered and steel rollers for a wide variety of Agricultural and Industrial applications. We originally produced close tolerance rubber drive rollers for OEM round baler production lines, in order to assure optimal tracking of the belts we manufactured. Prairie Rollers soon expanded to include the larger rollers found on hay mower conditioners (Chevron, Spiral, and High Contact). We also began manufacturing the smaller swather and combine header drive rollers. Prairie Rollers works closely with Prairie Belting, Inc. and Nance Manufacturing, Inc. to produce the very best in industrial and agricultural equipment. We are dedicated to supplying our clients with the components they need to maximize the goals of their business in the global market.

Prairie Rollers is flexible in meeting your needs and requirements. While some customers may prefer to supply their own steel core, Prairie Rollers also offers our own Turn-Key Process. This is where our expert team provides the steel core and rubber vulcanization for your rollers. We produce rollers in many styles and configurations, such as straight, crowned, padded, grooved, and solid. Our line of rubber coating compounds include SBR, Natural, EDPM, Nitrile, and Urethane.
